Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information Dillett Labs collects through join.dillettlabs.com, compliance.dillettlabs.com, and Dillett Labs short links or QR codes operated through go.dillettlabs.com. It covers people who request affiliate-program updates or submit an affiliate application.

This policy does not govern patient care, telehealth intake, prescriptions, medical records, or communications with licensed healthcare providers. Do not submit medical or patient information through the affiliate form.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Affiliate interest: your email address when you ask to receive affiliate-program updates.
• Affiliate applications: name, email, phone number, age confirmation, country and state, social platforms and handles, audience and content information, affiliate experience, business or portfolio information, application responses, consent confirmations, and any notes you choose to provide.
• Communications: information you include when you contact us about the affiliate program or a privacy request.

Information collected through links and site operation

• Short-link and QR activity: when you use a Dillett Labs link or QR code operated through Short.io, the redirect service processes link-event and technical request information needed to route the click and report link performance. This can include the short link used, date and time, referring page, device or browser information, and network information such as an IP address.
• Basic hosting and security data: our hosting provider may process request logs and technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the sites.
• Local application draft: if you begin the longer affiliate application, the page uses your browser's local storage under the key dillettAffiliateIntake.v1 to save progress on your device. The draft remains on that device until you submit it, clear browser storage, or the saved item is otherwise removed.

How we use information

• To add potential affiliates to our GoHighLevel contact pipeline.
• To review affiliate applications and communicate about the program.
• To send affiliate-program updates when you request them, subject to your right to unsubscribe.
• To operate and measure Dillett Labs short links and QR-code campaigns.
• To deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the affiliate and privacy pages.
• To comply with law, prevent misuse, and protect our rights and users.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Dillett Labs is not currently setting optional analytics or advertising cookies on the affiliate or privacy pages. We are not currently running Google Analytics, PostHog, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads tags, session replay, or a consent-management platform on these pages.

The affiliate application uses local browser storage only to save an in-progress draft. Short.io processes redirect and click-event data for Dillett Labs short links and QR codes as described above. If we later add optional analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies, we will update this policy and add consent or choice controls where required before activating them.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

• GoHighLevel: receives and stores affiliate interest and application information for contact management, review, and follow-up.
• Short.io: operates Dillett Labs short links and QR-code redirects and provides link-performance reporting.
• Vercel: hosts the affiliate and privacy pages and processes technical requests needed to provide and secure them.
• Legal and safety disclosures: we may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
• Business transfers: information may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not currently use affiliate-form information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell it for money.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate and evaluate the affiliate program, communicate with potential affiliates, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion as described below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may unsubscribe from affiliate marketing messages using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right as prohibited by applicable law.

Children

The affiliate program is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect affiliate applications from children under 18. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Optional analytics, advertising, or additional data uses will not be treated as active merely because they may be planned for a later phase.
